  • Advance Mobile Notice: Minimum 60 minutes advance launch request submitted via marina member mobile app.
  • Staging Dock Limits: Maximum 45 minutes dwell time at courtesy dock before departure to maintain slip availability.
  • End of Day Recovery: Vessels returned to staging dock after 5:00 PM remain tied overnight and racked by 8:00 AM.

🌀 Hurricane Named-Storm & High-Wind Protocol

  • Named-Storm Watch: All outdoor staging docks evacuated 48 hours prior to NOAA hurricane watch landfall.
  • Indoor Rack Securing: Lower hull strapping and steel locking cross-bars engaged on all 3 to 5 tier rack bents.
  • Haul-Out Fee Priority: Contracted annual dry-stack members receive 100% emergency haul-out priority over transient boats.

💧 Fuel Dock & Environmental Drainage

  • ⚠️ Zero Private Fueling: Carrying portable 5-gallon jerrycans on docks strictly prohibited by clean marina environmental laws.
  • ⚠️ Hull Drain Plug Covenants: Boat owner must install bilge drain plug prior to launch and pull plug upon return racking.
  • Freshwater Engine Flush: Complimentary 5-minute automated freshwater outboard engine flush included with each recovery.

📜 Marine Insurance & Federal Maritime Lien

  • 💎 Hull & P&I Insurance: Minimum $500,000 Watercraft Liability naming Marina Facility as Additional Insured.
  • 💎 Federal Maritime Lien Act: Marina maintains statutory preferred maritime lien for unpaid storage and dockage fees.
  • 💎 Non-Liability for Gelcoat: Marina held harmless for preexisting blister or minor hull bunk pressure mark normal wear.
