Automated Key Kiosk Placement Agreement & Host Rev-Share SLA

Host property (grocery supermarket, home improvement center, or convenience store) licenses a compact 3.5 ft x 2.5 ft (8.75 sqft) interior lobby floor space. Host provides a standard dedicated 120V 15A electrical receptacle. Kiosk utilizes internal 4G/5G LTE cellular telemetry and requires zero connection to host Wi-Fi or POS networks.

Host shall receive a monthly commission equal to twenty percent (20%) of gross card and digital payment revenues generated by the kiosk, payable by direct ACH on or before the 15th calendar day of each following month. Host receives access to a secure partner portal tracking hourly transactions and inventory status.

Kiosk automatically alerts the operator’s logistics team when brass key blank hoppers or RFID fob cartridges drop below 20% capacity. Operator guarantees 48-hour on-site technician response for carousel jams, carbide cutter replacements, or customer refund issues.

All duplicated keys feature a 100% money-back fit guarantee. Kiosk does not duplicate master keys stamped "Do Not Duplicate" or restricted high-security commercial keyways without verified digital authorization pursuant to state locksmith regulations.

Operator maintains Commercial General Liability insurance of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence naming Host Location as Additional Insured. Operator shall indemnify and hold Host harmless against any property damage or slip-and-fall claims directly arising from kiosk physical equipment.
