Host ranch/farm shall provide a compacted gravel or concrete foundation pad, 240V 50A single-phase electrical hookup, and a 3/4-inch potable water connection (minimum 40 PSI static pressure). System operates an internal reverse osmosis (RO) and UV-C sterilization manifold.

Lessee agrees to use only cleaned, triple-screened, non-GMO feed barley or wheat seed with certified germination rates exceeding 92%. Seed must be stored in dry, rodent-proof bins at temperatures below 70°F (21°C) to maintain consistent 1:6.5 biomass conversion ratios.

Container environmental computer maintains continuous air temperature between 64°F–68°F (18°C–20°C) and relative humidity between 55%–65%. Trays receive automated ozone-infused micro-mist cycles. Operator must perform weekly sanitization of seedling racks using food-grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) or peracetic acid wash.

Freshly harvested 7-day barley fodder mats contain 18%–22% crude protein on a dry matter basis. Lessee agrees to follow a 14-day progressive dietary transition schedule when introducing green fodder to ruminants and equines to preserve healthy rumen microbe balance.

Lessor warrants all LED growth lighting arrays, automated flood-and-drain solenoid valves, water pumps, and HVAC split compressors for the full lease term. System includes LTE cloud telemetry monitoring temperature, humidity, and water pressure with 24-hour emergency technician dispatch.
