- ✅ Civil Trenching & Restoration: Operator fully restores asphalt, curbs, landscaping, and re-stripes lot to municipal code.
- ✅ Concrete Pad Specs: 8-inch reinforced concrete equipment pad for heavy step-down transformer & switchgear.
🛡️ Uptime SLAs & Preventative Maintenance
- ⚠️ NEVI 97% Uptime Mandate: Operator contractually guarantees 97.0% dispenser operational uptime per port.
- ⚠️ Emergency Response: 4-hour remote diagnostic triage and 24-hour on-site technician dispatch for faulted chargers.
- ✅ Graffiti & Vandalism: Operator maintains 100% liability for hardware repair, cable replacement, and screen cleaning.
📜 Insurance, Indemnification & Decommissioning
- 💎 Commercial General Liability: Operator maintains minimum $5,000,000 per occurrence policy naming host additional insured.
- 💎 Host Hold Harmless: Full indemnification protecting landowner from vehicle fires, battery malfunctions, or trip hazards.
- 💎 Removal & Restoration: Operator must remove all chargers, bollards, and wiring within 90 days of lease termination.
